Our client, a leading eDiscovery vendor, is urgently seeking a dynamic leader as a Project Director to take charge of a high-profile, time-sensitive legal matter. With a team of Project Managers already in place across the U.S., London, and EMEA, they need a seasoned professional to serve as the central point of contact, owning daily client meetings, driving agendas, directing project flow, and ensuring seamless coordination across regions. This fully remote role requires strong hands-on experience with Relativity and the ability to understand and manage complex workflows, even if not traditionally from the project management track. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, subject matter expertise, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset to this mission-critical engagement.

Job Spec:

1. Ownership of a high-priority matter with client stakeholders in the U.S. and EMEA.
2. Define project staffing plans including requirements and milestones.
3. Demonstrate subject matter expertise on custom client workflows.
4. Coordinate activities of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver services in line with best practices and expectations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and deliver results.
6. Act as the point person for client calls, including setting agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and managing timelines and follow-ups.
7. Proactively communicate project status updates and adherence to deadlines.
8. Manage onboarding of additional Project Management staff as needed.
9. Be hands-on in hosted review (Relativity) platform, executing tasks where necessary.

Expected salary for this role is up to $175,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
