Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Executive (Life Sciences) in Raleigh, NC for a senior leadership role. You will drive multi-project programs, oversee cGMP facilities, and ensure successful commissioning and delivery of high-value life sciences construction projects.

The role requires 15+ years in construction with 10+ years in leadership, and a strong background in cGMP, CQV, and EPC delivery. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall general construction experience
• 10+ years in construction management leadership overseeing life science and related projects (>$100M)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proficient in project control software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and ProjectSight
• Deep expertise in cGMP compliance, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) and EPC delivery models

Responsibilities

• Oversee life sciences construction programs including cGMP facilities and cleanrooms
• Lead multiple large projects with strict profitability and commissioning requirements

Job Details

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of overall general construction experience
• 10+years in construction management leadership including direct oversight of multiple medium-to-large life science, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cGMP, cleanroom, or complex lab projects ($100M+)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Proficient in project control software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Project Sight
• Deep expertise in cGMP compliance, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) processes, EPC delivery models, and legal provisions affecting profitability
