Job summary

TEC Group International seeks a Project Director for a major biopharmaceutical expansion in Kankakee, Illinois. The role leads construction delivery on a $1.2B+ program, coordinating teams across engineering, procurement and commissioning to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The candidate will oversee senior relationships with client, JV partners and contractors, drive adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards, and manage risk across schedule and cost.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large, technically complex capital projects.
• Strong background delivering pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities within cGMP.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across EPC/EPCM environments.
• Experience operating within Joint Ventures or complex governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction delivery on a $1.2B+ biopharmaceutical expansion.
• Act as senior company representative within the JV project organization.
• Lead and coordinate large multidisciplinary project and construction teams.
• Drive execution to meet safety, quality, schedule, cost and technical objectives.
• Establish and maintain project execution strategies as design moves to construction.
