GeoStabilization International is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join their client management team. This role involves identifying new projects in the geotechnical market and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, along with extensive experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
GeoStabilization International (GSI) develops and installs innovative solutions that protect people and infrastructure from geohazards. We specialize in emergency landslide repairs, rockfall mitigation, and grouting, utilizing cutting-edge design/build and design/build/warranty contracting. GSI is a leading firm in geohazard mitigation and bridge rehabilitation across the United States, Canada, and Australasia, with proprietary tools and global partnerships enabling us to address various slope stability and foundation issues in diverse geological settings.

The Role
The Geotechnical Engineer, also known as Project Development Engineer (PDE), is part of GSI’s client management team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new projects with key clients in the Geotechnical market, from lead generation through conversion.

This role is remote from PA.
Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range does not include potential bonuses or benefits.
