GeoStabilization International is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to enhance client management and drive project conversions within the Geotechnical market. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering along with significant B2B sales experience. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and developing sales strategies to meet growth objectives. The position is remote from Pennsylvania, with heavy travel requirements.

The Geotechnical Engineer (also known as Project Development Engineer or "PDE") is part of GSI’s client management team and is responsible for identifying and pursuing prospective projects with key customers in the Geotechnical market, from lead to conversion.

This role will be remote from PA. The expected annual base salary range for this position in the Pittsburgh, PA area is $150,000.00 - $175,000.00. Salary is dependent on qualifications, experience, and location and does not include potential bonuses or benefits.
