GeoStabilization International is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their client management team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B consultative selling, particularly within the geotechnical sector, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. The Geotechnical Engineer (also known as Project Development Engineer or "PDE") is part of GSI’s client management team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing prospective projects with key customers in the Geotechnical market, from lead generation to conversion.

The expected annual base salary range for this position in the Pittsburgh, PA area is $150,000.00 - $175,000.00. Salary ranges depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This range is exclusive of potential bonuses or benefits.
