ARCO/Murray, based in Chicago, is seeking a Project Developer to support pursuit and development of hospitality/entertainment interior renovation projects. You will manage clients' projects from site due diligence through preconstruction in collaboration with project managers and design teams.

This role offers exposure to high-visibility client interactions, budget oversight, and coordination across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines.

Formación

• 2-4 years of construction PM or MEP design experience.
• Experience delivering projects on schedule and budget.
• PE license preferred; ARCO/Murray supports licensure efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage due diligence and site condition reviews.
• Interface with brokers to facilitate lease/purchase.
• Serve as single point of contact during preconstruction.
• Advise clients on site layout, design, and entitlement paths.
• Coordinate with real estate attorneys, landowners, and partners.
• Manage development budget and cash flow analysis.
• Create and maintain preconstruction schedules and cost estimates.
• Develop design alternatives and value engineering with cost estimates.
• Oversee engineering studies and reporting to teams.
• Cultivate client relationships and support marketing initiatives.
