Job summary

GP Solution in Berlin (Hybrid) is seeking a Project Developer for renewable energy projects focused on wind. You will support the development lifecycle including permitting, mapping, and stakeholder engagement in Germany.

A growing international energy platform is seeking a Project Developer to join its renewable energy team in Germany. The role supports primarily onshore wind projects alongside PV and BESS, with responsibilities across the development lifecycle including permitting, coordination, technical groundwork, site assessments, mapping, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with senior development managers. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience in renewable energy or infrastructure development, exposure to permitting and project coordination in Germany, basic wind project development knowledge, GIS/CAD or mapping experience, strong attention to detail, and fluent German.
