CPH is seeking a Project Designer - Land Development in Miami, FL or Lakeland, FL. The role supports on-site layout, grading, and construction site coordination under a licensed Professional Engineer.

You will contribute to large commercial developments with a major brand and must excel in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, working in a detail oriented, collaborative team. The candidate will prepare design documents, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with codes and client

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or CAD certificate required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D mandatory.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation, design, and construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
• Interpret codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Ensure CAD standards and templates are followed.
• Calculate quantities and areas for land development designs.
• Travel for site investigations and reporting.
