Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Designer II in New York, NY to contribute to dynamic mixed-use developments and urban living. You will support concept development, production of construction documents, and coordination with consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong communication, and adherence to design rigor, with compensation in the $70,000 to $85,000 range annually.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Demonstrated experience in design production and 3D visualization.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with generation of original design concepts and design documentation.
• Collaborate with architectural/design staff on various projects and jurisdictions.
• Contribute to QA/QC reviews of design deliverables and construction documents.
