MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Senior Architectural Project Designer in New York, NY to lead design teams and manage complex projects from concept through construction documents. You will coordinate with interior design staff and external consultants while guiding multiple streams of work and mentoring junior staff.

The role focuses on design leadership, coordination, and ensuring design intent across phases with strong collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• Licensure as a professional architect preferred.
• Strong design management and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams through all phases from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with interior designers and external consultants.
• Ensure design alignment with project schedules, budgets, and goals.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews and design deliverables.
