Job summary

Lair Design in Seattle seeks a Project Designer/Architect with 3–6 years of experience to work across both Lair Design and Workshop AD studios. You will lead or support projects from early design through construction, focusing on housing, hospitality, and multifamily work in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements include proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus knowledge of land use, building, and energy codes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project design/architecture
• Experience with housing types and high-performance buildings
• Experience managing projects through construction documents
• Strong design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of land use, building, and energy codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects from early design through construction
