Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Designer (Level 2) in Seattle, WA. You will contribute to original design concepts and production of construction documents for mixed-use communities.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in architecture/design, proficiency in Revit/SketchUp/AutoCAD, and a strong ability to communicate ideas graphically and verbally. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year with strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture/design firm.
• Licensed professional preferred.
• Experience with design production and 3D visualization.

Responsibilities

• Assist generation of original design concepts and completion of design deliverables including preliminary design documentation, conceptual plans and elevations, 3D renderings, and exhibits.
• Collaborate with architectural and design staff on projects of various types and scale.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Contribute to QA/QC reviews of design deliverables and architectural construction documents.
• Assist with generating project specifications and research building products and materials.
