Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Junior Project Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on overseeing the development of architectural construction documents and collaborating with outside consultants.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in architecture, expertise in Revit and Auto-CAD, and a strong understanding of project specifications. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents across various project types.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job-related communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables.
• Ensure completeness of work in alignment with project contract.
• Collaborate with internal design staff for deliverables integration.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants.
• Provide administrative support for project teams.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables.

Proficiency with Revit
