Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services across electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy markets. The project coordinator will support the Project Manager by monitoring plans, schedules, budgets and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner.

The role involves preparing weekly updates, coordinating multiple projects, reviewing drawings, and generating reports. Strong Excel, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 skills are valued; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of commercial low voltage/structured cabling experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor weekly updates.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Review drawings and measure rooms to ensure they are true to specs for generating complete as-builds.
• Analyze cost and resource graphs to verify schedule progress and identify issues.
