Job summary

Infinite Solutions, LLC in New Albany, Indiana is hiring a Project Delivery Engineer to lead higher-complexity deployments onsite and manage client relationships from prep to completion.

You will run multi-site workstation refreshes, Autopilot deployments, Entra ID/Azure AD and Intune management, and mentor Delivery Analysts as a stepping stone toward a Project Delivery Lead role. This is an in-office, on-site position with competitive pay, benefits, and a funded path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support, service tech, or project delivery experience with client-facing work.
• MD-102 or equivalent certification (or plan to earn within 90 days).
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD and Intune.
• Confident, professional client communication by phone and in person.
• Valid driver license with reliable transportation.
• AZ-104, SC-300, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell/Graph automation, and ConnectWise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead higher-complexity deployments onsite and own client relationships on the project.
• Run multi-site workstation refreshes and Autopilot deployments.
• Manage Entra ID / Azure AD and Intune; troubleshoot mid-deployment networking.

Infinite Solutions is hiring a Project Delivery Engineer in New Albany, Indiana, the technical anchor onsite who leads higher-complexity deployments independently and owns the client relationship on the project. You will run multi-site workstation refreshes, Autopilot deployments, network-adjacent installs, and full-office builds and moves from prep through completion, manage Entra ID / Azure AD and Intune, troubleshoot the networking that shows up mid-deployment, and mentor Project Delivery Analysts. It is a step toward Project Delivery Lead.

What you bring:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support, service tech, or project delivery experience, including client-facing work
• Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) or equivalent (or a commitment to earn it within 90 days)
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ or equivalent experience
• hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD and Intune
• confident, professional client communication by phone and in person
• a valid driver license with reliable transportation
• AZ-104, SC-300, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell/Graph automation, and ConnectWise preferred
