The role collaborates with project teams to ensure schedule integrity and budget adherence, with travel expected. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Primavera or MS Project, strong Excel skills, and a solid background in earned value management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in project cost control and 4+ years in scheduling in construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project preferred.
• Advanced Excel and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages large project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Analyzes cost and schedule data; prepares reports and recommendations.
• Performs earned value management and trend analysis to forecast costs.
• Maintains change control and cost data accuracy across systems.
• Travels ~30% to support project teams.
