Job summary

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Project Cost Controller/Scheduler to develop and manage large, complex project schedules, analyze costs, and deliver data-driven insights to keep projects on baseline.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in project controlling and 4+ years in construction scheduling, plus proficiency in Primavera or MS Project and advanced Excel. Travel is approximately 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
• 3+ years in project controlling and 4+ years in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera and/or MS Project preferred.
• Advanced computer literacy including MS Office, Excel and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages large, complex project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Assists with cost data collection, analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Performs KPI and risk analysis, providing actionable insights to control budgets.
• Maintains change control and Earned Value Management across project stages.
• Collaborates with PMs and coordinators to deliver projects on baseline and budget.
