The role covers accounts receivable, subcontractor payments, payroll processing, equipment time tracking, accounts payable, and month-end close support. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of cost accounting experience in construction or related industries, with familiarity in JD Edwards and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in an operational cost accounting role.
• Experience in commercial construction, telecom, or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar large ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project cost control systems.
• Interpret and communicate contractual and commercial terms.
• Deliver accurate cost reporting and strategic financial insights to leadership.
• Coordinate invoicing documentation and compliance certificates.
• Prepare and submit progress billings, invoices, and holdback releases.
• Validate third‑party invoices and reconcile with client systems.
• Support project managers with change orders and month‑end entries.
