Job summary

M. J. Electric, LLC seeks an EPC Project Coordinator to support delivery of utility transmission, distribution, substation and renewable energy projects.

You will work with Project Managers to manage documentation, tracking and administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Ideal candidates hold a construction-related degree and have 0–2 years in construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or project-based experience.
• Internship or field experience in electric power or renewable energy is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, drawings, specs, and records in the document management system.
• Prepare, log, and track submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and correspondence.
• Attend and document meetings; track action items to closure.
• Assist in compiling closeout documentation including as‑builts and warranties.
• Support procurement and subcontract tracking including long-lead items.
• Assist the pursuit team with RFPs, bid documents, and risk reviews.
