Job summary

Toole Design is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Operations team. You will support and strengthen transportation projects by keeping information organized, coordinating processes, and helping teams stay on track.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a related role, strong Excel and Office skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
• Proficiency with Excel and Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
• Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach with multitasking ability

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to keep project information organized and on schedule
• Assist with project setup, documentation, compliance tracking, invoicing support
• Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure information is current and complete
