Job summary

Toole Design is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Operations team in Albuquerque, NM. You will support project setup, documentation, compliance tracking, invoicing support, and coordination across departments, keeping information current and complete.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a business environment or related role, strong Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred), and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support role, or a business-focused degree with relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with an ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required).
• Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
