Qualifications

• Experience in structural steel, ornamental iron, fabrication, or construction coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and material flow.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Review structural and ornamental shop drawings for completeness and coordination.
• Prepare material takeoffs from approved drawings and generate cut lists.
• Track RFIs, engineering responses, and approvals.
• Support project managers in maintaining project timelines.
