Job summary

Medpace Reference Laboratory is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in a fast paced, team oriented environment where you can apply your life sciences background to clinical research and shipment logistics.

You will manage study timelines, work with Biorepository, Project Management and Finance, oversee interlaboratory shipments, and help create SOPs, policies, and training guides. This role supports data entry/analysis and cross-functional project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Desire to work with and be part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage study specific timelines and deliverables with an emphasis on logistics and inventory management.
• Work directly with Biorepository, Project Management, and Finance personnel.
• Communicate progress of projects with sponsors/clients concerning shipments to 3rd party laboratories.
• Create standard operating procedures, policies, and training guides for new processes.
• Assist in data entry and analysis.
• Oversee global interlaboratory shipments.
• Represent department at project related meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
