Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates engineering functions including QA, testing, production, and R&D.
• Facilitates communication between clients and engineers on specs, budgets, and deadlines.
• Acts as project manager for multiple projects with timelines and cost projections.
• Reviews work for technical accuracy.
• Establishes and maintains departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Prepares and executes departmental budget.
• Negotiates contracts with outside vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of new trends and improves product lines and production efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
