Paycom - ATS in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive project execution across engineering, operations, QA and materials. You will monitor progress, set deadlines, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery meeting KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, at least one year in project management, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; PMP preferred.

Monitoring project progress, setting deadlines, and solving issues for different teams to execute the projects.
