Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project documentation.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, task trackers, and milestones; monitor progress and follow up on actions.
• Organize and maintain contract docs, drawings, and version control.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Support progress reports, dashboards, FATs, and site reports for internal teams and customers.
• Track parts and materials with Purchasing and Inventory; assist with packing lists and shipping docs.
• Identify process improvements and participate in lessons‑learned activities to grow PM knowledge.
