Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to large teams.
• Experience negotiating contracts and handling customer specifications.
• Proficient with CAD tools and product data management systems.
• Innovative and curiosity-based approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize secondary packaging equipment.
• Integrate robotics vision systems and machine synchronization with controls.
• Support demos, FAT, SAT and startups for throughput and line performance.
• Lead engineering scope from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, manufacturing, supply chain and vendors.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead design reviews, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvement.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI and flexible automation.
