Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects from initiation to final payment. You will ensure hardware schedules, shop drawings, and contract requirements are met while focusing on quality, cost control, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of hardware schedules, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and contractual requirements.
• Direct and review the preparation of shop drawings for wood doors and hollow metal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Oversee interpretation of architectural specifications related to doors, frames, and hardware, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic input on project budgets, billing, and cost control, making discretionary decisions to support financial performance.
• Train, mentor, and support Assistant Project Managers assigned to projects.
• Review and approve submittals and manage change order processes, ensuring alignment with project scope and profitability objectives.
