TLC Engineering Solutions in Glenview, IL is seeking an Entry level Project Coordinator for Medical Equipment Planning. The role supports equipment database management, specification updates, and cross-functional coordination with clients, healthcare staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Hybrid work with 2 days onsite.

Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, assisting purchasing, and tracking orders, with field support during project activations and installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, or similar.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel or similar software, Bluebeam or similar PDF editor
• Internship or employment experience in clinical, operations, supply chain, or research in a healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage your time and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members / vendors and architects / clients with supervision.

• Create and update specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, such as clients, healthcare staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Obtain and review equipment quotes.
• Assist with purchasing processes.

• Field support during project activation, including coordinating deliveries, assisting with installations, and punch list activities.

The Project Coordinator supports medical equipment planning across all phases of the design and construction process. Responsibilities include developing and maintainingtheequipment database, creating and updating specifications, and coordinating with project teams, such as clients, healthcare staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, under the guidance of a Project Manager.
