TLC Engineering Solutions in Glenview, IL is seeking a Project Coordinator - Medical Equipment Planning to join our team in a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site. You will support medical equipment planning across all design and construction phases, maintain the equipment database, and draft specifications under a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, or similar.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel or similar software, Bluebeam or similar PDF editor.
• Internship or employment experience in clinical, operations, supply chain, or research in a healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage your time and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members / vendors and architects / clients with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the equipment database across all project phases.
• Create and update equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Obtain and review equipment quotes; assist with purchasing processes; track orders.
• Provide field support during project activation, including coordinating deliveries and installations.
• Assist with punch list activities.
