Job summary

City Electric Supply in Virginia is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support operations by coordinating inventory, vendor and contractor communications, and project scheduling to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, expanding company and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service experience required.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, participate in, and manage project management documentation.
• Take-offs and product training to acquire industry knowledge.
• Assist lead project manager with clientele support, including schedules, inventory management, and communications.
• Process, Expedite & follow through with orders for clients.
• Monitor project execution from shipment to warranties, coordinate issues with damage, missing products and delivery failures.
• Process RGA/RMA, Credit Memos, Freight Claims, Pick-Up, Storage and related tasks.
• Coordinate freight issues with shipping companies, manufacturers and job sites.
• Prepare and distribute weekly expediting reports.
• Assist with quotations, inside sales and new business development.
