Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking a Project Assistant to support day-to-day project operations by coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail help keep timelines on track and communications flowing—ensuring project accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Competency in computer software and administrative skills.
• Organizational planning and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good office etiquette and overall professionalism.
• Ability to maintain patience and calmness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follows up with customers on submittals, change orders, samples, schedules, and other job-related issues.
• Assists with creation of purchase orders and follows established release procedures.
• Follows up on vendor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery in line with project requirements.
• Obtains and verifies vendor purchase order acknowledgments.
• Assists with creation of packing slips and coordinates with the shipping/receiving department.
• Communicates and ensures timely delivery of materials to the jobsite.
