Indiana University Health is seeking a Project Coordinator (K-12) to support Mosaic Center initiatives in Indianapolis. The role focuses on coordinating college readiness activities, tours, and job shadows for K-12 students, while partnering with schools and IU Health departments to advance pipeline projects.

We are seeking a mission connected, organized, and people oriented coordinator to support IU Health's growing K-12 workforce development initiatives. This is a brand new position sitting within the Mosaic Center team and working in close daily partnership with the K-12 lead. From coordinating college readiness workshops and job shadows to running Application Days that connect students with real career opportunities at IU Health, this person will play a meaningful role in helping the next generation of healthcare professionals find their path.

Shift: Full time, Monday – Friday, onsite at the Mosaic Center
Location: Mosaic Center - Indianapolis, IN
