Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager for post-launch consumer hardware including AR/VR and wearables. You will consolidate KPIs, analyze data, and prepare leadership decks while managing PO activities and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Support sustaining product operations for post-launch consumer hardware (AR/VR, glasses).
• Consolidate KPIs, analyze data, maintain trackers, prepare leadership decks and reports.
• Create, track, audit and reconcile purchase orders; support procurement activities.
• Maintain internal systems/tools (Jira, Workplace/Wiki, incident tools, alerts).
• Coordinate actions across manufacturing, finance and cross-functional teams.
• Build advanced Excel/Google Sheets models for clear reporting.

Description:

Summary

• Support Sustaining Product Operations for post-launch consumer hardware, including AR/VR and Glasses.
• Consolidate KPIs, analyze operational data, maintain trackers, prepare leadership decks, meeting minutes, and recurring reports.
• Create, track, audit, and reconcile purchase orders (POs) while supporting procurement and operational activities.
• Maintain internal operational systems and tools, including Jira, Workplace/Wiki, incident management tools, and Butterfly notifications.
• Coordinate actions and deliverables across manufacturing operations, commodity/business managers, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Build advanced Excel and Google Sheets models and transform unstructured inputs into clear operational reporting.
