Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator for an onsite role in Rayville, Louisiana, supporting a 25-person data center team. The contract spans 18 months with potential extension, and the role emphasizes administrative coordination, schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.

You will work closely with GC s, management, and executives, attending meetings and ensuring client requirements are met in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of project coordination or admin support experience.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors and project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be task-oriented.
• Experience coordinating schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and project documentation.

Summary

• Supports project execution by managing administrative coordination, schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Tracks project progress and helps ensure teams stay aligned with deadlines and client requirements.
• Coordinates with General Contractors (GCs) and provides client/project support.
• Works closely with team members, management, executive assistants, and potentially senior executives.
• Attends project/client meetings and operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• This is an onsite role in Rayville, Louisiana, supporting a 25-person team at the Richland Parish data center. The contract is expected to be 18 months with potential extension.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of project coordination / administrative support experience.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors (GCs) and supporting project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and be task-oriented.
• Experience coordinating schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.
• Administrative Assistant background is specifically preferred; Executive Assistant experience could be a strong fit.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with multiple levels of an organization, including executive assistants and senior executives.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Suite.
• Comfortable visiting and walking a construction site.
• Experience supporting construction, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with messaging governance, documentation lifecycle, or enablement platforms
• Experience supporting GTM / product marketing organizations
