Job summary

Medtronic Memphis seeks an administrative coordinator to support capital projects, facility operations, and vendor management. You will handle budget tracking, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring smooth project execution and strong cross‑functional collaboration onsite.

You will coordinate with the Memphis Facilities Team, monitor timelines, and maintain program guidelines while supporting data extraction and reporting for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience
  • Experience supporting Facilities teams is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Experience working with Financial information including Budget Planning, Tracking and Purchase Orders is preferred
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is preferred

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a critical role that provides essential coordination and administrative support for capital projects, facility operations, vendor management, budget tracking, scheduling, and project documentation. This position includes project oversight, stakeholder communication, contractor coordination, and reporting activities that directly support operational objectives. You will help ensure effective project execution, maintain operational efficiency, support business continuity, and minimize risks associated with delays, missed milestones, and reduced organizational productivity. This role is onsite at our Memphis facility.

  • Provides project or program support to our Memphis Facilities Team

Qualifications
  • Required: 2+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Facilities teams
  • Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Preferred: Experience working with Financial information including Budget Planning, Tracking, and Purchase Orders

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$47,200.00 - $70,800.00

This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
