MPI is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a well-established construction team in Minnesota. The role centers on coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources from start to close, ensuring timely delivery and accountability on each project.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, monitor performance, and support procurement while upholding safety and regulatory standards across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with job order contracting (JOC) processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory standards on all projects.

The company has expanded significantly in recent years, growing 400% over the past 8 years to a team of 70 employees, with projected revenue of $40M-$50M. Originally rooted in post-frame construction (still delivering 200+ projects annually), the business has diversified into pre-engineered steel buildings and concrete precast, with a strong and growing presence across self-storage, residential, agricultural (including equestrian and dairy facilities), and light commercial sectors such as retail and restaurants. Their commercial division alone has seen approximately 40% year-over-year growth.

Description
