Job summary

Omega Foundation Services, Inc. seeks Project Coordinators to support planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil construction projects. You will assist PMs, manage documentation, coordinate procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking, while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with heavy civil construction and public works desired.
• Familiarity with project documentation, schedules, and cost control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with planning, coordination, and admin of heavy civil projects.
• Prepare and maintain submittals, RFIs, change orders, minutes, reports.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Support procurement: quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, rentals.
• Monitor schedules and help identify delays or conflicts.
• Track costs, invoices, pay apps, and budget performance.
• Assist with forecasting, cost reporting, and status updates.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance docs.
• Maintain project files per company standards.
• Help prepare bid packages and startup documentation.
• Support field operations with labor, equipment, and materials.
• Attend meetings and distribute agendas and action items.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and safety regulations.
