You will coordinate equipment assignments, transportation, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, rentals, and fleet documentation, working with project managers, superintendents, mechanics, dispatch personnel, and vendors. The role aims to minimize downtime, control costs, and support safe, efficient project execution while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, equipment management, fleet operations, or equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of heavy construction equipment and related maintenance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily allocation and movement of heavy equipment between projects.
• Monitor fleet utilization and suggest redistribution to maximize productivity.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, mobilizations, and demobilizations.
• Maintain records of equipment locations, hours, and project assignments.
• Coordinate rental equipment requests and oversee returns to minimize costs.
• Ensure equipment inspections and regulatory compliance.
