Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Project Harmonizer/Coordinator to support initiatives from initiation to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-team communication while building foundational PM skills in a collaborative environment.

You will learn agency processes, mentor with senior team members, and contribute to a team-first culture, benefiting from growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on Precision Principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
• 1+ years of professional experience in a related environment
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset
• Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and anticipate challenges
• Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting
• Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M; may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight
• Support budget tracking and reporting with PM team and Finance
• Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to build operational knowledge
• Promote Precision Principles (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration)
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal status and project kickoff meetings
• Deliver proactive updates on timelines and resourcing under guidance
• Learn agency framework, clients, and regulatory processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks by observing plans and escalation with seasoned PMs
