Precision AQ is seeking a Project Harmonizer/Coordinator to support projects from initiation through completion, learning to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality.

You will help drive workflows, maintain clear communication across teams, and build foundational project management skills in a collaborative environment. The role emphasizes growth and learning within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience; healthcare/pharma a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and anticipate challenges.
• Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting.
