Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support initiative timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts. You’ll help manage Workfront tasks, track progress, and communicate across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ year of professional experience; healthcare experience is a plus. This role offers growth, mentorship, and broad exposure to PM practices in the medical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a professional environment is preferred.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts with a collaborative mindset.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and anticipate challenges.
• Assist with Workfront tasks including project setup, tracking and reporting.
• Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M; may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight.
• Note: Up to 50% time may be on administrative support duties.
• Support budget tracking and reporting with PM, Account, and Finance teams.
• Engage in mentorship to develop operational and cross-department knowledge.
• Promote Precision Principles: Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal status and kickoff meetings.
• Deliver proactive updates on timelines and resourcing.
• Learn agency framework, clients, and regulatory processes.
• Help navigate workflow challenges with the team to maintain efficiency.
• Encourage candid planning and build collaboration and trust.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with guidance.
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions on processes and best practices.
• Engage in mentorship with senior team members to build PM skills.
• Collaborate with peers to understand workflows and foster a team-first environment.
• Engage in mentorship to build PM craft and tool proficiency.
