Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a professional environment preferred.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and anticipate challenges.
• Assist with Workfront tasks including project setup, tracking and reporting.
• Support budgets and reporting to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Engage in mentorship and training to develop PM skills.
