Qualifications

• The AA degree in Human Services or four years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Partnering with Parents program and related policies.
• Ability to create and maintain record-keeping systems and quarterly reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Assist clients in obtaining employment, including transportation and advocacy.
• Build relationships with custodial and non-custodial parents to engage them in services.
• Coordinate with tribal departments, courts, social services and outside agencies.
• Track program progress and prepare quarterly reports.
