Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator serves as an integral partner to our Project Managers, helping drive the day-to-day execution and coordination of projects from initiation through closeout. Reporting to the Administration/Coordination Group Leader, this highly collaborative role goes beyond traditional administrative support by taking ownership of project coordination activities, anticipating project needs, proactively resolving issues, and helping keep projects organized and on schedule. This is far more than a traditional administrative support role. Successful Project Coordinators become trusted business partners who help Project Managers increase capacity, improve project execution, and deliver exceptional client service.
Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, clients, and project stakeholders, the Project Coordinator develops an understanding of each Project Manager’s workflow, communication style, and project priorities. As Project Coordinators gain experience and build trusted partnerships with their Project Managers, they assume increasing responsibility throughout the project lifecycle, becoming an extension of the Project Manager and creating the capacity for Project Managers to focus on technical leadership, client relationships, and strategic project delivery.

Successful Project Coordinators are trusted partners who become an extension of their Project Managers. They proactively anticipate needs, adapt to each Project Manager’s work style, and continuously expand their project knowledge to assume greater responsibility over time. Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, they take ownership of project coordination activities, solve problems before they become obstacles, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of projects while creating additional capacity for Project Managers to focus on strategic and technical leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $68,500.00 to $103,550.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
