HD Fowler Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple customer projects and act as a liaison between Branch Manager, Project Managers, and customers. You will report on facility matters and may back up Project Manager or Outside Sales staff as needed.

The role emphasizes taking offs and quotes, handling private and public estimating, and maintaining thorough documentation while supporting a high-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.
• Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while assisting at the counter.
• Experience with underground utilities is a plus.
• Customer service or sales background with basic computer and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform take offs and price quotes with organized documentation.
• Handle private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects.
• Communicate discrepancies on quotations and explain freight/lead times.
• Ensure timely project returns with thorough internal/external explanations.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and assist in developing Inside Sales staff.
