Job summary

PuroClean of Lawrenceville is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep restoration projects moving from start to finish. This entry-level role requires no restoration experience, as we will train the right candidate.

You will serve as the communication and quality control hub between field technicians, office staff, insurance companies, and customers, ensuring documentation is complete and projects progress smoothly.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no restoration experience required; training provided.
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review field photos and videos for completeness and quality.
• Verify technicians collected all required documentation before leaving a job.
• Review assessment documentation to ensure nothing was missed.
• Follow up with technicians when additional photos or documentation are needed.
• Assist with preparing job files before submission to insurance carriers.
• Respond to notes and requests from insurance adjusters.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and project status.
• Keep job files organized and up to date.
• Track outstanding items and help move projects through completion.
• Work closely with management to maintain accurate documentation.
