Job summary

Convergint in Columbia, MD is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the local office (CTC). You will assist with project delivery, administration, and coordination across installation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, Service, and Safety teams, maintain documentation, generate reports, process purchase orders, and support invoicing and closeout activities to help deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Experience supporting project administration and coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle.
• Support project managers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Maintain project details in the PM system and communicate with clients as needed.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Assist with project invoicing and revenue tracking with AR team.
• Support project closeout documentation and turnover to service.
