Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of the tech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and successful completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on project goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, and elevate as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Support the project manager in planning and executing project phases
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
